Did you try calling the police on the non-emergency number 101 last year and found yourself waiting on hold for an unreasonable amount of time?

The Gazette has obtained figures which show significant unanswered calls to 101, and we want to hear from you.

If you tried to contact the police on 101 and experienced delays or unanswered calls any time last year, please email news@greatcentralgazette.org or call Rhys, the lead reporter on +44 (0)7840425718 (9am-4pm).

We can keep your response anonymous and change your name, if required.

Your experience could help shed light on this important issue and lead to improvements in the way non-emergency calls are handled.
